At TJ safety is far more than compliance with OSHA regulatory requirements. It is one of our core values. We go above and beyond the industry standards with procedures to make sure that our team and associates have a healthy and safe workplace. Our "Safety First" culture not only prevents accidents but also improves job site efficiency to ensure the delivery of quality products and services to our customers.

We have developed a culture that promotes an injury-free environment and provides the safest workplace possible for our employees, subcontractors, customer and others around the construction area.

We are committed to safety in the construction industry through a wide variety of methods—from zero-tolerance drug testing to our aggressive fall-protection program, which includes partnering with the leaders in the insurance industry to develop the next generation of fall-protection systems. Through various training and education programs, we also provide our employees and subcontractors with the tools, knowledge and resources they need to increase safety and reduce risk on every project we work on.

Some of our program includes:
arr Mandatory safe work pre-planning in the beginning of every project.
arr Employees have to stop work and notify a supervisor if they feel something is unsafe
arr Reporting safety results to all employees
arr Special safety seminars for all project managers, engineers and all the crews.
